Shipping policy

Kendal Hill delivers across Barbados, and you can also pick up your order free of charge. Here's what to expect.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all 11 parishes of Barbados. We don't ship internationally. How delivery works

Free pickup

Pickup is always free. Choose Pickup in the cart, pick your pickup day and time, and collect your order from our warehouse at Maxwell Hill Road, Christ Church 17154. We'll email you the exact pin and directions. See where we are

Delivery times

Everything we sell is already stocked in Barbados. Order before 6 PM for delivery as soon as the next open day (we're closed Sundays). In the cart, you pin your door and choose the delivery day and time window that works for you, and we plan our route around it. Busy periods and public holidays can add time.

Delivery rates

  • Standard delivery: BBD $15 flat per order.
  • Pickup: always free.

All delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery updates by email

We'll keep you updated by email at every step:

  1. Order confirmation: your delivery day and time window, your items and your delivery address.
  2. Out for delivery: your order is on the truck. The email includes a live map link so you can follow the driver.
  3. Three stops away: a heads-up that your driver is almost there.
  4. Delivered: confirmation that your order has arrived.

Please check that your email address is correct at checkout, and check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see our emails.

If you're not home

Our driver will attempt delivery once, on the date you chose. If you're not home, we'll email you. You can then collect the order free from Maxwell Hill Road, or we can re-deliver it on another day for BBD $15. If we missed your delivery date, re-delivery is free.

Damaged, missing or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or doesn't arrive, email us as soon as possible. We'll send a replacement, or issue a full refund if the item is out of stock. See our Returns policy for details.
