Randolph Morrison
Born in Briar Hall, Randolph spent his early years fishing on Oistins Jetty, diving the reefs, enjoying Dover Beach, and crabbing around Graeme Hall Swamp. Educated at Christ Church Boys’ School and later Ellerslie, he grew up fully immersed in the Bajan system. Before leaving Barbados at 15, Randolph caught his first entrepreneurial bug—cleaning around people’s homes during summer, Easter, and Christmas breaks. After relocating to New York, he completed high school and later graduated from the University of West Florida, chosen in part for its proximity to the beach—a constant reminder of home and Barbados’ beautiful shores. After decades of self-employment and years of helping family members attempt businesses in Barbados, Randolph decided to lead Kendal Hill as a long-term investment in his homeland.
Jake LaCanfora
Reliable family can be the backbone of growth. Jake’s first visit to Barbados was for Randolph’s wedding. Within days, he was fully immersed—playing video games with nephews at Randolph’s mother’s home as if he had grown up on the island. That’s the power of Caribbean culture. Jake holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Baylor University. After working briefly in customer service and sales, he realized he didn’t want a career built on selling people things they didn’t truly need. He transitioned into graduate studies and, after learning about Kendal Hill’s mission, committed himself to helping make the business a reality.
Anne Maria Linton
Born and raised in the Kendal Hill and Maxwell Hill areas, Anne Maria has never stopped calling Barbados home. The sister of co-founder Randolph Morrison, she attended Springer Girls' Memorial Secondary School, where she built the confidence and pride in Barbados that she carries into everything she does. Like many Bajans, Anne Maria had the chance to move to America. She chose to stay. Her love for Bim, its people, its culture and its way of life runs too deep to leave behind. That choice says everything about who she is, and it's the reason she's at the centre of what we're building. Today, Anne Maria is focused on one mission: making KendalHill.com a true Bajan success story. She wants it to be proof that an e-commerce business rooted in Barbados can serve Bajans better than any overseas giant, with good products, fair prices, and service that feels like dealing with a neighbour, because it is.
