Randolph Morrison

Born in Briar Hall, Randolph spent his early years fishing on Oistins Jetty, diving the
reefs, enjoying Dover Beach, and crabbing around Graeme Hall Swamp. Educated at
Christ Church Boys’ School and later Ellerslie, he grew up fully immersed in the Bajan
system.

Before leaving Barbados at 15, Randolph caught his first entrepreneurial bug—cleaning
around people’s homes during summer, Easter, and Christmas breaks.  After relocating to New York, he completed high school and later graduated from the University of West Florida, chosen in part for its proximity to the beach—a constant reminder of home and Barbados’ beautiful shores.

After decades of self-employment and years of helping family members attempt
businesses in Barbados, Randolph decided to lead Kendal Hill as a long-term
investment in his homeland.

Jake LaCanfora

Reliable family can be the backbone of growth.  Jake’s first visit to Barbados was for Randolph’s wedding. Within days, he was fully immersed—playing video games with nephews at Randolph’s mother’s home as if he had grown up on the island. That’s the power of Caribbean culture.

Jake holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Baylor University. After working briefly in customer service and sales, he realized he didn’t want a career built on selling people things they didn’t truly need. He transitioned into graduate studies and, after learning about Kendal Hill’s mission, committed himself to helping make the business a reality.

Rebecca St. Rose

Sometimes, it only takes one call. I met Rebecca during a single phone conversation and instantly knew she would be part of my team whenever I was ready to build a business in Barbados.

Born in St. Joseph to a hardworking housekeeper mother, Rebecca understands dedication, resilience, and the value of honest work. In the 1980s, she moved to Gall Hill, Christ Church, and has proudly called the community home ever since.

A graduate of Christ Church Girls’ School and Deighton Griffith Secondary School, Rebecca discovered her passion for helping people in her teenage years—naturally leading her into customer service. Throughout her career, she has developed strong organizational and problem-solving skills, along with a deep commitment to delivering excellent service every day.

Anieph Latchman

Randolph met Anieph on the football field—two Caribbean men talking bare nonsense as we play ball. But behind the banter was a shared appreciation for creativity.

Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Anieph grew up in a working-class family with a deep respect for culture and expression. Encouraged by his mother, a teacher, he pursued his artistic talents from a young age.

His education journey took him from Naggo’s Head Primary School to Wolmer’s Boys’ High School, and later to the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts, where he specialized in graphic design before transitioning into animation and motion graphics.

Anieph’s work focuses heavily on storytelling through visuals. His innovative approach has earned him multiple awards locally in Jamaica and regionally across the Caribbean. His creative vision is deeply rooted in Caribbean heritage, aiming to create content that resonates both locally and globally.
