# Shipping Policy

Kendal Hill delivers across Barbados. Here's what to expect.

## Where we ship

We currently deliver to all 11 parishes of Barbados. We do not ship internationally.

## Delivery times

We aim to deliver most orders within **2 business days** of being placed, regardless of when you order. Some orders may take longer during busy periods or public holidays. Next-day delivery is not guaranteed.

When you check out, you'll select a delivery date that works for you, and we'll plan our route around it.

## Shipping rates

- **Standard delivery:** flat fee of BBD $15 per order.
- **Member free shipping:** Kendal Hill Members receive free shipping on orders over BBD $75. See [Membership](/pages/membership) for details.

All shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment.

## How delivery works

We stock all of our inventory locally in Barbados. When you place an order and choose a delivery date, we use route-optimization software to build the most efficient delivery route for that day's drivers.

You'll receive a WhatsApp message at three points:
- When your order is confirmed
- When it's out for delivery
- When it's been delivered

## If you're not home

Our driver will attempt delivery once. If you're not home, we'll either:
- Leave the package in a safe location with your prior consent, or
- Contact you via WhatsApp to reschedule the delivery for the next available date.

If we can't reach you and reschedule within 7 days, your order will be returned to our warehouse and a re-delivery fee of BBD $15 may apply.

## Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged, doesn't arrive, or is missing items, contact us within 7 days of the dispatch date. We'll send a replacement, or — if the item is out of stock — issue a full refund. See our [Returns and Warranty Policy](/pages/returns-and-warranty) for full details.
